Droubble Criteria

Droubbles.com will consider a droubble valid if it satisfies the following rules:

A literary work of fiction.
A complete, self-contained story.
The MAIN text is exactly 200 words long.
A setting.
One or more characters.
Some conflict.
A resolution. (Not limited to the moral of the story)
Supplementary guidelines:
The title is NOT included in the word count.
The title should be 30 characters or less.
Tags are not included as part of the droubble or word count.
Hyphenated words count as a single word.
Hyphenated words MUST follow general and accepted rules of grammar.
A dash ( - ) is considered a counted word.
numerics are considered words (1, 2, 3...).
All genres and age range allowed
The decision of the automatic word counter within the droubbles.com submission page is final.
